About our Pilates Fitness Classes
Pilates works on both mind and body, strengthening muscles and developing flexibility while giving you the time and space to relax.
We’ll guide you through routines designed to correct and improve your posture, build core strength and encourage peace of mind.
At the heart of a Pilates workout is a strong core. You’ll work on strengthening your core, which will help to improve your posture. You’ll then work from your centre outwards, building strength and flexibility with a mixture of resistance, repetition, dynamic movement and stretching.
Fitness classes are bookable for just £5 a session. Concessionary rates available offering a 40% discount.
