Our Receptionists are the key point of contact in our venues for all visitors, meeting and greeting customers and getting them signed in and guided to their activities or events and dealing with any queries or questions as they arise. They are the embodiment of our ‘ICAN’ customer service principles, providing an efficient and effective service and creating a warm and welcoming environment at all our venues.
Receptionists also perform a key role in venues processing memberships and promoting the products and facilities we offer.
If you have excellent communication, organisation and admin skills, are able to work under pressure and like to deliver outstanding customer experience then we’d love to hear from you.
