About our Step Fitness Classes
A traditional style of training, with high impact aerobic movements, choreography and exercises, based around a step.
In a Step class you'll work your whole body, increase your heart rate and improve your co-ordination.
You can adjust the height on the step to progress your workout if needed. From a basic step up and down (like walking up and down stairs) to more complex moves taking you over and around the step you will build up your workout. Practice makes perfect!
Fitness classes are bookable for just £5 a session. Concessionary rates available offering a 40% discount.
