About our Abs/Core Fitness Classes
Challenge your core muscles, improve your overall core strength and tone the troublesome abs area.
Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work together. This can help to better balance and stability which is important for many sports and occupations, as well as regular day-to-day activities.
Our express 30 minute class consists of specific exercises and routines to give you a great abs workout to challenge you core!
The class will be broken up into different moves to target the obliques, lower abs, as well as strengthening your lower back.
Fitness classes are bookable for just £5 a session. Concessionary rates available offering a 40% discount.
