Children's Gymnastics Lessons
Our children's gymnastics lessons (5 - 16 years) are taught by qualified coaches who will teach a range of gymnastics disciplines.
In our gymnastics lessons children will work through different stages from beginner, to intermediate to advanced.
Children will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics including forward and backword rolls, handstands and cartwheels before progressing to more advanced skills such as somersaults and handstand rolls.
