Disability Trampolining Lessons

Our inclusive friendly trampoline lessons are 30 minutes long and class sizes are a maximum of 4, for ages 5-16yrs.

Children will receive the support they need from our friendly coaches to help them develop co-ordination, balance and strength within a safe environment.

Included In Our Lessons

  • 1 lesson per week on an allocated day and time

  • Unlimited swim access at Sheffield City Trust venues (must be accompanied by an adult)

  • 25% off sports bookings

  • 15% off in our venues cafes on selected products

  • Up to 45% off additional lessons

  • Hillsborough Leisure Centre (Currently fully booked)

Our disability trampolining lessons are currently closed for new customers due to all venues being fully booked. Once spaces become available on our disability trampolining lessons we will update our website with an enquiry form for new customers.
