About our Circuit Fitness Classes
Circuit training is a fast-paced, high intensity workout that will to tone your body and lost weight.
During the class you'll work your way around different stations with a different exercise for you to try at each one. The aim is to do as many as you can during a set time before moving on to the next one! You'll get a good mix of cardio and weight based exercises to give you a good full body workout.
Fitness classes are bookable for just £5 a session. Concessionary rates available offering a 40% discount.
