This class is an old favourite! With simple moves that are adaptable for all fitness levels.
In this cardio class you'll follow a basic choreographed routine to music with simple moves including leg curls and grapevines.
Moves are easy to adapt making it a class suitable for all fitness levels. So you can choose what level you work at!
Fitness classes are bookable for just £5 a session. Concessionary rates available offering a 40% discount.
