Off-Ice Classes

Off-ice classes are designed to help improve skating specific skills and are conducted away from the ice. The classes cover basic fundamentals such as balance, agility, co-ordination, flexibility, fitness and strength and they are a great way to increase your progress on the ice, make new friends and have fun!

Classes are designed by Kelly Buddery BEM, the UK's leading off-ice specialist and iceSheffield's resident off-ice coach. Classes are led by Louisa Parker-Monks, a British Ice Skating Level 2 coach and a Level 3 Advanced Fitness Instructor. Louisa boasts a wealth of coaching experience spanning both on-ice and off-ice. Her expertise encompasses a diverse array of fitness and conditioning classes, including various Les Mills disciplines. She holds specialisation in dance, ballet, mind-body programs, and is a certified Level 3 Yoga instructor as well.
