Why should i try Pilates?

Pilates in adaptable to different fitness level – Whether you are new to exercise or exercise is already part of your daily routine, the basics of Pilates apply to everyone. Pilates exercises can be modified to meet each individual needs.

Pilates improves strength and flexibility – Pilates exercise creates long, lean, toned muscles. Pilates exercise also works towards a safe increase in length and stretch of the muscles and the range of motion within the joints.

Pilates develops core strength and improves posture – Pilates training develops core strength – the abdominals, back and pelvic floor – helping support our posture allowing the shoulders to relax, the neck and head to move more freely and relieve stress on the hips, legs and feet.

Pilates is easy on your joints – The slow and controlled movements of Pilates exercise create a minimal impact workout that’s easy on your joints!
