Low Impact Garden Workout

When the weather is nice it's natural to want to be outdoors enjoying the sunshine, so we've pulled together a short low impact outdoor workout using just a few items you can find around your garden. All you need is a plant pot, watering can, chair and a step.

Intensity Level

  • Beginners - 10 reps of each exercise 3 times
  • Intermediate - 12 reps of each exercise 3 times
  • Advanced - 15 reps of each exercise 3 times


  • Step Ups or Half Stars
  • Watering Can Upright Row
  • Watering Can Side Bends
  • Watering Can Bicep Curls
  • Tricep Dips
  • Wall Press or Plant Pot Press Out
  • Plant Pot Core Rotations
  • Plant Pot Squats
