When the weather is nice it's natural to want to be outdoors enjoying the sunshine, so we've pulled together a short low impact outdoor workout using just a few items you can find around your garden. All you need is a plant pot, watering can, chair and a step.
- Beginners - 10 reps of each exercise 3 times
- Intermediate - 12 reps of each exercise 3 times
- Advanced - 15 reps of each exercise 3 times
- Step Ups or Half Stars
- Watering Can Upright Row
- Watering Can Side Bends
- Watering Can Bicep Curls
- Tricep Dips
- Wall Press or Plant Pot Press Out
- Plant Pot Core Rotations
- Plant Pot Squats
