Our deck of cards workout is a simple low impact workout routine that can be adapted to any fitness level.
All you'll need for this workout is a pack of cards, a chair and your stairs or a small step. Each suit represents a different exercise and the number on the card is how many reps you should do.
If you pick an ace or pictured card the following number of reps apply. Ace - 11, Jack - 12, Queen - 13 and King - 15.
So shuffle your deck of cards, place the stack face down and turn the top card over for your first exercise. Once you've completed this, keep turning the cards until you have worked out for 15 minutes.
Hearts: Sit to Stand OR Alternate Leg Raises
Diamonds: Half Stars OR Seated Stars or Seated Half Stars
Clubs: Calf Raises OR Seated Calf Raises
Spades: Step Ups OR Seated or Standing Knee Raises
