Q. How long will the swimming pool at Springs Leisure Centre be closed for?

A. The swimming pool will be closed from Monday 19th March and will be closed for approximately 4 weeks; we are planning to reopen the pool on Monday 17th April.

A. The planned maintenance work only requires the pool hall to be closed.  Customers can still enjoy access to the gym, fitness classes and sports hall. Q. What maintenance work is being completed?

A. The planned maintenance work is the management of asbestos in non-customer area.  The works requires the boilers and water pumps to be turned off, resulting in the pool needing to close

Q. Do I need to worry about asbestos exposure?
