What’s happening with my direct debit?

If you have a membership with us, payments will restart from the 15th September. Depending on your normal payment date, your first payment amount may be quite different to your usual payment. Click below to see how your payment has been calculated.

You have 3 options for any membership you have with us:

1) Continue your membership. We will automatically adjust your membership so that you do not lose out due to the enforced closure of venues. All memberships will allow access to any of our venues to allow for our phased reopening. You can see your membership details in the My Account section of our website.

2) Freeze your membership. If you do not wish to return to our venues at the moment, you can freeze your membership free-of-charge for up to 6 months. To freeze your membership call us on 0330 333 0555 between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday or 9.00am - 3.15pm Saturday - Sunday. We will contact you nearer the end of your chosen freeze period to understand what you would then like to do. You do not need to cancel your direct debit.

3) Cancel your membership. We are disappointed to see any member leave but we understand that it is an uncertain time for many. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact our payment partner, DFC on 01908 422 007 between 10am - 5pm Monday - Friday to cancel your membership.

For members based at venues that are not currently reopening, we will not restart any payments unless you wish to use alternative venues. We will contact you to advise of your specific options.
