Temporary Centre Closure - Lockdown Guarantee

Following the UK Governments announcement of Covid-19 lockdown restrictions, all our venues, including golf courses are temporarily closed until lockdown restrictions ease.

We will freeze your membership and lessons for the period we are closed for free. You do not need to contact us to freeze your membership. You do not need to cancel your direct debit.

It is too late for us to stop any payments on the 8th and 15th of the January but our Lockdown Guarantee assures you will not lose any money or time on your membership.

Any paid for activities during the lockdown will be refunded. Please allow 14 days. You do not need to contact us to arrange your refund.

When we are able to reopen, we will contact you so you can get back to enjoying your activities with us.

I’m a fitness, golf, athletics or patch member. What will happen to my membership?

  • Direct Debit - If you pay by Direct Debit for your membership, payments will automatically be frozen. When we reopen we’ll adjust your future payment to reflect the time of closure. Depending on your payment date it may be too late to stop your next direct debit leaving your account. Payments will still be taken on the 5th and 18th of January. We will be adjust your future payment to when we re-open. You do not need to cancel your direct debit.

  • Upfront - If you have paid up-front for an annual membership, your membership end date will be extended, ensuring you receive your full membership term. Your membership will be extended once we are reopen.

If you are a fitness member, your membership will beupgraded, free of charge to include our On Demand membership whilst in lockdown. Classes are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can workout when it's most convenient to you! Non members can also take advantage of our online classes for just £6 per month.

In addition, our partners are offering our members a 60 day free trial with Les Mills On Demand, as well as, free virtual classes with Myzone. Find out more.

What will happen to my/my child's lessons?

  • Direct Debit - Your payment has been automatically frozen, and where we may owe you lesson(s) we will adjust future payments accordingly. Depending on your payment date it may be too late to stop your next direct debit leaving your account.Payments will still be taken on the 5th and 18th of January. We will be adjust your future payment to when we re-open. You do not need to cancel your direct debit. Your/ your child’s space on lessons will be held for when we re-open. If you cancel your direct debit we cannot guarantee your current space will still be available.

  • Block bookings - If you’ve paid in advance for a block of lessons your end date will be extended ensuring you receive your full number of sessions.

I have paid for an activity that is taking place during lockdown. What will happen to my booking?

  • Online payment - Where you have pre-paid for an activity online, we will refund the payment to the card you paid on.  Please allow 14 working days for the payment(s) to reach you. You do not need to contact us to arrange the refund.

  • Paid by card – If you paid for your session over the phone or in venue you will be contacted by one of our team to arrange the refund. You will need the card you originally paid on to enable us to process your refund.  Please allow 14 days for us to contact you.

  • Paid by cash - If you paid for your session with cash, you will be contacted by us to arrange your refund. Please allow 14 days for us to contact you.
