The health and wellbeing of the people of Sheffield is our top priority and we understand that our customers have differing concerns regarding Covid-19. The safety of our customers and colleagues is of the upmost importance and we ask all customers to respect the following guidelines:

If you are displaying an Covid symptoms we ask that you do not attend our venues unless you have had a recent negative test result. 

Customers are required to wear a face covering in all communal areas of our venues, unless they’re exempt in line with government guidance.

Face coverings do not need to be worn whilst you are taking part in activity or whilst you are sat in our cafes areas eating and drinking.

We ask all customers to respect each others' space and maintain a distance where possible.

We ask that customers wash or sanitise their hands upon arrive and do so regularly during their visit.
