Freeze My Membership

We're delighted to hear the Government announce that leisure centres and gyms have been given clearance to reopen from 25th July. We're working closely with Sheffield City Council to finalise our plans and agree a date to reopen facilities where it is safe to do so.

We're committed to improving health and wellbeing and providing activities for people in Sheffield. We will keep all customers fully updated with the important changes they will see in our venues and look forward to welcoming you back very soon.

However, we understand that not everyone will be ready to come back as soon as we reopen, so we're allowing you to freeze your membership for up to 6 months free of charge.

Simply complete our form below and one of our team will be in touch to confirm that your membership is frozen.

When your membership freeze comes to an end, we will automatically restart your direct debit.
