Q. When is my next direct debit due?
A. Your next direct debit is due on the 1st June 2021. You next direct debit is not due until June due to credit owed on your account. Your future direct debits will be processed on the 1st of each month. If you have more than one service from Sheffield City Trust, these will now be combined and show as just one transaction on your bank statement rather than individual payments.
Q. Have the days and time of my lessons remained the same?
A. The day and time of your lessons will have remained the same as they were prior to lockdown.
Q. How can I check my child's lesson progress and account?
A. You can check their lesson progress by logging into home portal here. N.b This is not the website you need to log in to, to update your direct debit bank details. Please use the link in the guide above to update your bank details.
Q. I pay for my child's lessons, why do I need to have an account?
A. As part of our lesson/membership improvements, we will no longer be using a separate company, DFC, to process your regular payments. Our own Memberships Team will manage your Direct Debits going forward, providing you with an improved service.
To continue your lessons/membership with us, we do require you to set up a new direct debit mandate with us; your previous direct debit mandate held with DFC has been cancelled. Therefore you will need to set up an account with us to enable us to process your direct debit.
Q. I already have a Sheffield City Trust account that I use for booking activities. Do I still need to register?
A. If you already have a Sheffield City Trust account registered in your name, you do not need to create an account, simply log in to your account here, then click the link here to set up your direct debit. You will need to complete your childs name and membership number. Your childs membership number will have been sent to you by email.
Q. I don't have an account registered in my name. What do I need to do?
A. If you do not have an account with us you can register here.
Q. Where can I find my child's memberships number?
A. You can find your child's membership number in the email we sent to you.
Q. I have made an error when completing the form, what do i need to do?
A. If you have made an error when completing the form, you can complete the form again. Please ensure all your children are added to one form, not seperate forms. If a new form is completed, this will overwrite the previous form details.
Q. I've not received an email.
A. If you have cancelled your Direct Debit during lockdown, this will have cancelled your child's lesson. You will need to re-sign up your child to the lessons by calling 0330 333 0555.
Q. I'm having problems registering. What can I do?
A. If you are having problems registering, please complete your details below. One of our team will then be in touch to help you set up your account. Due to high call volumes, the quickest way is to complete the form below rather than calling us.
